Forte fréquentation pour ce resto de bouche qui a osé Living ambiance for this resto “de bouche” that dared to give itself paces of an old tavern. Relaxed ambiance around a natural plate, creative and respectful of its content : Bavarian of mature tomatoes to goat on Julienne of dill, duck magret carpaccio with Parmesan cuttings, Sea wolf filet to the caviar of eggplants with an emulsion of tomatoes and two peppers wild duck, apple-fruits to huckleberries.
